PURPOSE: An electrode apparatus capable of dry replace on the water is provided to replace an electrode in a dry manner without draining water from the space in which the electrode is located. CONSTITUTION: An electrode apparatus comprises a sealing flange(200), an electrode fixing unit(310), a fastening bolt(311), a stud bolt(320), an electrode(340), an insulation rod(330), an O-ring(220), and a valve(100). The sealing flange has an insulation rod hole(210) in the center of the sealing flange. The fastening bolt couples the electrode fixing unit to the sealing flange. One end of the electrode is coupled with one end of the stud bolt. The insulation rod has a bolt hole(331) in which the middle portion of the stud bolt is inserted and the same outer diameter as the electrode. The O-ring seals the insulation rod hole. The valve comprises a valve body(110), a fluid passage opening and closing member(120), and an opening and closing member actuator(130). The insulation rod and the electrode can move up and down along the O-ring. When the electrode moves up, the fluid passage opening and closing member is moved by the opening and closing member actuator to close a fluid passage(113).
