The invention relates to a glass composition and a glass frit adequate for low temperature sintering agent at 1,100° C. or less, and a dielectric composition and a multilayer ceramic capacitor using the same. The glass composition comprises aLi2O-bK2O-cCaO-dBaO-eB2O3-fSiO2, in which a, b, c, d, e and f satisfy following relationships: a+b+c+d+e+f=100, 2≦̸a≦̸10, 2≦̸b≦̸10, 2≦̸c≦̸25, 0≦̸d≦̸25, 5≦̸e≦̸20, and 50≦̸f≦̸80.
