<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment device of an air intake duct in which the air intake duct is easily attached to and removed from a vehicle body, while an attachment tool for attaching the air intake duct is prevented from dropping off without fail. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An attachment device 1 of an air intake duct 4 attaches the air intake duct 4 for taking in air to be sucked into cylinders No. 1 to No. 4 of an internal combustion engine 3, to a vehicle body 6 having an attachment hole 6a. The attachment device 1 is equipped with: a pair of flange receivers 13, 13 facing each other; a holder 10 fixed to the air intake duct 4; a flange 34; and a clip 30 which attaches the air intake duct 4 to the vehicle body 6 via the holder 10 by attaching the flange 34 to the holder 10 in a state where the flange 34 is sandwiched between a pair of the flange receivers 13, 13 and by inserting the flange into the attachment hole 6a of the vehicle body 6 along a facing direction of a pair of the flange receivers 13, 13.
