<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degree of freedom of setting registration in an information processing apparatus where multiple settings of processing contents are registered for each user. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes an image reading means and a printing means, and the apparatus includes: a user authentication means for performing user authentication using predetermined authentication information and discriminating a user to a general user or manage user; a processing content setting receiving means for receiving the setting of processing content in image reading processing using the image reading means or in printing processing using the printing means; and a processing content setting/registration calling means for registering multiple settings of received processing contents individually for each user and calling the setting contents of processing registered for each user.
