<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polystyrene-based resin expansion-molded item which has a low density and the excellent heat insulation properties. <P>SOLUTION: The polystyrene-based resin expansion-molded item contains 100 pts.wt. of a polystyrene-based resin and 4-100 pts.wt. of titanium oxide which has an average particle diameter of 1.0-5.0μm, and is made to contain such titanium oxide as has a larger average particle diameter, having the excellent heat insulation properties and the suitable usability as the heat insulating materials for use in building materials and as the warm reserving and cold reserving containers for use in food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
