<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that scale is generated in washing water, and the scale gradually sticks to a feeding tubular path of the washing water, a washing nozzle, and the insides of a washing water tank constituting a washing water circuit through which the washing water circulates during washing to contaminate the washing water circuit in a dish washer using electrolytically generated alkaline water generated in an electrolyzed water generating device of electrolyzing type with a separating membrane as washing water. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrolyzed water generating device has the function for selectively shifting the generated electrolytically generated alkaline water and electrolytically generated acid water to feed the same to the washing water tank, drains the washing water in the washing water tank when completing washing operation after completion of a washing step and a rinsing step, thereafter starts electrolytic operation of the electrolyzed water generating device to feed the electrolytically generated acid water into the washing tank, circulates the electrolytically generated acid water stored in the washing water tank through the washing water circuit constituted of a washing water feeding tubular path, the washing nozzle, and the washing water tank, and purifies and washes the washing water circuit with the electrolytically generated acid water.
