<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for preventing interest from decreasing by providing a new game form that a direction in which game balls are shot is changed in accordance with a game situation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a game panel having a game area where game balls rotate; a shooting operation means for performing left side operation to be operation for shooting game balls from right of a game area to the game area and right side operation to be operation for shooting the game balls from left of the game area to the game area; a shooting device for shooting game balls according to operation of the shooting operation means; and a shooting operation validation means for performing control so as to validate either the left side operation or the right side operation or both, according to the game situation. The shooting device shoots game balls according to the operation when the operation validated by the shooting operation validation means is performed to the shooting operation means.
