<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device holder which can fix an implanting artificial device in a living body to prevent it from adhering to a living tissue. <P>SOLUTION: The device holder 8 includes a first holder 1 which is an inner side member facing the holding space of the device holder 8 and a second holder 2 which is an outer side member, and holds an artificial device 3 to form an implanting construct 9, wherein the first holder 1 is made of an adhesion preventive material which does not adhere or is poor to adhere to a living tissue; and the second holder 2 is made of an adhesive material which more highly adheres to the living tissue than that of the first holder 1. The implanting construct 9, which is buried inside a living body, is easy to be fixed into the living body, because the outer surface of the second holder 2 comes into contact with the living tissue to adhere to each other, while the artificial device 3 is hard to adhere to the living tissue, because the first holder 1, which is an inner side member of the device holder 8, is made of the adhesion preventive material.
