PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater storage tank used as a flexible waterproof wall combining a flood preventing function of preventing a building and an underground facility from being flooded, and a rainwater outflow preventing function of temporarily storing rainwater and restraining its outflow. SOLUTION: The rainwater storage tank 1 used as the flexible waterproof wall includes a cylindrical bag body 2 watertightly formed, and a pressure-proof hose 3 (a conduit tube) with one end connected to the cylindrical bag body 2 and with the other end connected to a building 100. Rainwater falling on the upper part of the building 100 is led into the cylindrical bag body 2 from the pressure-proof hose 3 to expand the cylindrical bag body 2.
