<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scan a hyper-spectral image of the whole target without moving the target, a hyper-spectrometer, an optical system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This hyper-spectral scanning device comprises the optical system 110 for focusing, on a focal plane 170, an optical image of the target 140 including row portions of the optical image 171, 172 and 173, the hyper-spectrometer 120 installed separately from the optical system 110, and a relay module 130 for selectively transmitting one of the row portions of the optical image 171, 172 and 173 to the hyper-spectrometer 120.
