PURPOSE: An outer rotor type fan motor is provided to prevent the separation of a bearing in driving a fan motor drive by installing a bearing cover to surround the bearing. CONSTITUTION: A stator comprises a core(332), an insulator(331), and a coil(333). A rotor(122) comprises a magnet(130), a rotating shaft(500), and a rotor frame. An interior extension part(241) is inserted along the outer circumference of the stator. A bearing(210) is inserted into the inner circumference of the interior extension part and supports the rotating shaft. An elastic member is formed inside interior extension part and has an elastic force towards the rotor.
