<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask to be hardly displaced if a user moves the mouth. <P>SOLUTION: The mask includes a mask body 1 formed in such a size as to cover the nose, the mouth and the lower surface of the chin when the user wears the mask; and a face contact fabric 2 extending inward from the whole outer peripheral edge of the mask body 1 and having an opening 2a located at a position corresponding to the nose and mouth. The mask body 1 is configured to be deformed in the vertical direction when the right and left sides are bent as to follow the movement of the face. The mask is provided with: a recess-shaped nose abutting part 1a in such a depth as to have a space to the nose bridge in the region of the mask body 1 corresponding to the nose bridge; cheek abutting parts 1b to abut to cheeks in such a way as to cut into the cheeks on the right and left sides; and a chin abutting part 1c to abut to the lower surface of the chin in the region corresponding to the chin.
