PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a storage system shared by a plurality of host computers, copy pairs are created for respective host computers, sub-volumes of respective copy pairs are generated from the same parity group, and when differential copying is executed in the same period of time, loads may be concentrated into the parity group and the processing time of the differential copying is increased. SOLUTION: A computer system includes a storage system, a plurality of host computers and a management computer. The management computer manages the start time of differential copying of a plurality of copy pairs, the amount of differential data and data amount allowed to be differentially copied per unit time, calculates a period of time in which differential copying of the plurality of copy pairs is executed, and when differential copying does not end within allowable time, changes a logical volume which is a copied destination of the copy pairs to a logical volume of another parity group or changes the start time of the differential copying.
