PURPOSE: A standby power control system, a standby power control device, and a standby power control method are provided to reduce power consumption by effectively controlling the standby power of the electronic apparatus according to a user position. CONSTITUTION: A power line communication agency unit(300) is connected to an electronic device, and it measure power consumption and control the power supply to the electronic device. A zigbee sensor unit(200) senses environmental information and situation recognition information. A standby power control(100) control the power line communications agent to connect and disconnect power source to the electronic device.
