PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing treatment agent which eliminates defect wherein, after washing, the original color or given color of fiber is paled and the luster and gloss are lost and defect wherein, after car washes, the paint color or given color of the car is paled and the luster and gloss are lost. SOLUTION: The polishing treatment agent is prepared as an aqueous solution of a three-component mixture comprising dimethicone, polyquaternium-10 and polyquaternium-64 with a detergent. The polishing treatment agent further contains a surfactant selected from among a sodium alkylether sulfate, an alkylhydroxysulfobetaine, an alkylamine oxide, an alkyl glycoside, an alkylglyceryl ether, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
