<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an integrally molded cap cannot be used when an end of a cable extends long outwardly from an anchoring part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cap for filling a filling material includes a chamber (3) having an end on an axial line (X1) serving as an insertion part (1) of a tendon (51), and the other end serving as an opening (2) to a sheath (52). A filling port (4) and an exhaust port (5) independently communicates with the chamber. Furthermore, the cap is constituted by combining unit bodies (8) divided into two by a plane including the axial line (X1) and provided with engaging means (7) on opposing divided surfaces (6).
