PURPOSE: A structure inhaling and exhausting air for a vacuum pump and the vacuum pump using the same are provided to rapidly secure high vacuum using a little power due to a simple internal structure. CONSTITUTION: A structure inhaling and exhausting air for a vacuum pump and the vacuum pump using the same comprise a T shaped ventilation body(10) and a vertical and cylindrical body. The T shaped ventilation body is composed of a center vertical pipe and a circular horizontal plate part of the upper end of the ventilation body. The T-shaped ventilation body includes an air inhale hole(h2) and an exhaust hole(h3) which is connected to a through-hole(h1) of the center vertical pipe. An inner circumference of the vertical and cylindrical body is combined with the outer circumference of the circular horizontal plate part.
