<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for forming an electrode of a solar-cell element that prevents an increase in contact resistance and the occurrence of microcracks. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive paste for forming the electrode of a solar-cell element contains conductive particles, an organic binder, a solvent, and a glass frit. The conductive particles are alloy powder of Ag and Ni, Ag and Mg, Ag and Si, Ag and Zr, or Ag and Mn. The alloy powder is manufactured by an atomization method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
