<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for forming an electrode of a solar-cell element that prevents an increase in contact resistance and the occurrence of microcracks. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive paste for forming the electrode of a solar-cell element contains conductive particles, an organic binder, a solvent, and a glass frit. The conductive particles are alloy powder of Ag and Ni, Ag and Mg, Ag and Si, Ag and Zr, or Ag and Mn.
