<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively soften the vibration of the compressor at both of the time of the water-expulsion process and the time of the drying process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Elastic legs 54 elastically support the lower section of the compressor 25. A rubber sponge 62 elastically supports the compressor 25 by coming into contact with the compressor 25. The rubber sponge 62 makes the contact state with the compressor 25 change in such a manner that the contact state with the compressor 25 at the time of water expulsion may be stronger than that at the time of drying.
