PURPOSE: A system for managing a mobile student identification card and a method thereof are provided to perform financial processes including online payments and offline payments, thereby creating new bank clients. CONSTITUTION: A user wireless terminal(2) generates a key signal. A school server(20) generates a barcode included in an online student identification card. The school server transmits the bar code to a financial server(40). The financial server processes a financial process and payment. A mobile communication company server(60) processes the mobile student identification card to be downloaded to the user wireless terminal.
