PURPOSE: An autoclave is provided to improve product reliability by enabling a user to easily operate an opening/closing unit. CONSTITUTION: An autoclave comprises a container(10), a lid(20), and an opening/closing unit. The container is projected along the outer circumference, contains food, and is opened upward. The lid closes the opened inlet of the container. The opening/closing unit opens and closes a container and a lid and is made of a pressure adjusting weight and a safety valve(28). The opening/closing unit comprises a support ring, a hook, and a circulation loop. The support ring is mounted on the upper side of the lid. The hook is extended down from the support ring. |
