A micro-structured surface (1) for immersing in a multiphase fluid mixture (FM) comprises a substrate (2) having pores (3) and a wetting liquid phase (6) trapped in the pores (3). The wetting liquid phase (6) is immiscible with all the phases of the multiphase fluid mixture. Alternatively, the wetting liquid phase (6) is miscible with one of the phase of the multiphase fluid mixture.
