PURPOSE:To make washing out uniform by specifying a washing-out liquor fluidizing method. CONSTITUTION:Brush plate 3 fitted with brush 2 is vertically set in liquid vessel 1 through springs 28, and washing plate 13 provided with resin plate 12 is fixed to rotary shaft 14 through eccentric rod 15. Both ends of circulation pipe 4 are opened to the right and left side walls of vessel 1, and branched pipe 8 fitted with pump 9 is connected to bottom wall 7 and pipe 4. During standby a washing-out liquor flows like arrows 18-22 by the action of pump 9, fluidizes toward the surface of brush 2, disperses in vessel 1, and circulates. During washing out plate 12 the liquor fluidizes like arrows 23-26 from the plate 3 side to the brush 2 side through liquid passing hole 10. Accordingly, the surface of plate 12 can uniformly by washed out without unevenness. |
