PURPOSE: A rotatable system window is provided to control the opening angle of a rotary frame and to clean the external side of the glass of the window. CONSTITUTION: A rotatable system window comprises a fixed frame(10), a rotary frame(20) and an angle adjustment device. The fixed frame is fixed to a wall of a building. The rotary frame is installed inside the fixed frame to rotate. A glass is detachably attached to inside of the rotary frame. The angle adjustment device supports the rotary frame to rotate.
