PURPOSE: A sunlight tracker and a sunlight tracking system for a large-scale solar power plant having the sunlight tracker are provided to reduce the maintenance cost of the solar power plant by regulating the angle of solar panels through a control unit. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight tracker comprises first drive pipes(10) which are arranged at regular intervals in a first horizontal direction, base frames(20) which are connected to the respective first drive pipes with brackets and equipped with solar panels on top, first support units which support the respective first drive pipes, first angle regulating parts which adjust first slopes of the solar panels with respect to the first horizontal direction, second drive pipes(50) which are arranged in a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction and turn the first drive pipes to adjust second slope of the solar panels with respect to the second horizontal direction, and a control unit which controls the linear motion of the first angle regulating parts and the second driver pipes.
