PURPOSE: An ointment for treating vitiligo is provided to remove pathogenic bacteria and toxicity and to supply oxygen and nutrition. CONSTITUTION: An ointment for treating vitiligo contains loess, Angelica dahurica Bentham et Hooker, litharge, and rice vinegar. A method for manufacturing the ointment for treating vitiligo comprises: a step 1 of heating rice vinegar to reduce the mount from 100% to 50%; a step of putting litharge into a container made of soil; a step o pulverizing loess, Angelica dahurica Bentham et Hooker, and litharge; and a step of mixing the ingredients and fermenting for 24 hours.
