PURPOSE: A card comprising an RFID tag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect an integrated circuit stable while reducing the thickness of the card. CONSTITUTION: A wire(20) and an IC(Integrated Circuit) are mounted on a protection layer upper plate(31) and a lower plate(32) of a protection layer(30), and upper plate(41) and lower plate(42) of a printed layer are laminated on the front and rear portions of the protection layer. An overlay layer or upper plate(51) and lower plate(52) and of the coating layer are laminated in the front and rear portions. The thickness(d) of an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is 0.42±0.08mm, and the RFID tag has a frequency of which range is 13.70-14.10MHz.
