PURPOSE: An RFID tag embedded system for an electronic component is provided to manage a history of the electronic component without the separation by installing an RFID tag embedded in the electronic component. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave generation module including a power supply unit, a processor, and a converter is embedded in a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A position setting unit(115) sets an RFID tag embedded region including the maximum distance with the electromagnetic wave generation module on a PCB region. An RFID tag processing unit(130) includes at least one antenna circuit pattern on the RFID tag embedded region. The RFID mount processing unit includes a chip contact unit which contacts the RFID chip with one side of the antenna circuit pattern.
