PURPOSE: A method for predicting risk of Korean cancer occurrence is provided to research relation of SNP of TP53 gene, haplotype thereof, and lung cancer occurrence. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting risk of Korean lung cancer occurrence comprise: an SNP in which 750th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with C; an SNP in which 1089th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with A; an SNP in which 1157th base of sequence number 21, C is substituted with T; and an SNP in which 13446th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with T.
