PURPOSE: A cooling device for synthetic resin-coated yarns is provided to save installation cost and reduce an installation area by cooling the yarns with compressed air, and to improve convenience for using and installing the cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for synthetic resin-coated yarns comprises the following: a main body with a space part(21) inside; a cooling jacket(30) mounted on the space part of the inside of the main body; and an air supply pipe(60) supplying compressed air to the cooling jacket. The main body includes a cover combined on a housing(22), a settling groove(24) on which the cooling jacket is inserted, and an air inlet used for injecting the compressed air and formed on the front side of the main body.
