PURPOSE: A directional caster with a brake function is provided to facilitate manufacture of plates through a press process by coupling the caster with a stopping groove. CONSTITUTION: A directional caster with a brake function comprises a return pedal(50) and a compression pedal(40). The return pedal adheres closely to the compression pedal. The return pedal and the compression pedal are classified into press portions(40a,50a) and operating portions(40b,50b). The press portion of the return pedal is placed on the upper part of the operating portion. A shaft portion(47) is formed at the center of a partition wall(44). The shaft portion comprises an axle hole(46).
