PURPOSE: An air output adjusting device using the backward flowing is provided to control the air output by changing the air output according to the change of the angular velocity. CONSTITUTION: An air output adjusting device using the backward flowing comprises a motor(110) and an impeller(140). The impeller revolves with the drive of the motor. When the impeller revolves, controls the backward flowing volume of the air by the pressure difference generating in the inner side and outside of impeller.
