PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly vegetation mat and an environmentally friendly tree-planting method using the same are provided to effectively protect river or soil surfaces without making environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation layer(20) is located on the top of a polylactic acid layer consisting of polylactic acid. The polylactic acid layer of a non-woven fabric shape is located on the top of the vegetation layer. The polylactic acid layer located on the bottom of the vegetation layer is confounded with the polylactic acid layer located on the top of the vegetation layer. A reinforcing material is located between the polylactic acid layers. The reinforcing material is made with polylactic acid. The vegetation layer is mixed with seeds of plants, an adhesive and one or more selected among soil, a germination-promoting agent, and fertilizer. |
