PURPOSE: A cellular phone of present invention processes the change over with a switch and touch scroll bar between a touch key board and a mouse touch pad. In that way the convenience which is far better in the internet surfing is offered. CONSTITUTION: If a user spreads folder, two liquid crystal displays(1, 2) are activated. A first liquid crystal display is an input unit of touch keyboard mode. A second liquid crystal display is the display. An input by the touch key board is marked on the display. A touch scroll bar(5) is installed along the side of the first input. The user contacts the hand to the touch scroll bar. If the user moves the hand to the up and down, the display is scrolled.
