<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To linearize an input current with low distortion without receiving influence of impedance change even when non-linear impedance depending on a signal at an input terminal of a circuit block changes sequentially, in a structure which converts a signal voltage to a signal current to the circuit block. <P>SOLUTION: A signal input circuit includes: an impedance means provided between an output terminal of an input signal source and an input terminal of a circuit block and which converts a signal voltage to a signal current to input to an input terminal of the circuit block; and a voltage-current converting means that detects a voltage depending on a signal of the input terminal of the circuit block at an input terminal, and outputs a current proportional to the detected signal from an output terminal. The input and output terminals of the voltage-current converting means are connected to the input terminal of the circuit block. The voltage-current converting means sets an admittance value to generate a current proportional to the voltage of the input terminal of the circuit block and input to the input terminal of the circuit block, and supplies a current for correcting an error of the current flowing in the first impedance means generated by a voltage variation of the input terminal of the circuit block. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
