PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force controller capable of preventing an unwanted decrease in engine efficiency in accelerating. SOLUTION: When a difference between an ample driving force Fm and target driving force Fr is not more than a threshold, the driving force controller 5 performs control of making an angle of an intake valve lead. When the ample driving force Fm is lacking, the driving force controller 5 does the same.
