PURPOSE: A portable removable actuator is provided to conveniently execute maintenance task by applying a function based module partition mode which enables an independent module to be selectively installed. CONSTITUTION: A lamp housing attaching/detaching module unit(200) is installed in one end of a horizontal supporting stand and is operated so that the elevation of the lamp housing is possible. An ascending and descending rope and an attaching/detaching control rope are expanded from the lamp housing attaching/detaching module unit to the inner side of an inspection hole. A portable removable actuator(100) is eradicated after task from the inspection hole during maintenance task. A controller(500) controls the portable removable actuator.
