<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of effectively cooling toner on a recording sheet passing through a fixing section by blowing air flow, and also stably ejecting the recording sheet to a paper ejection tray. <P>SOLUTION: The recording sheet transported inside a sheet ejection path 31a after having a toner image fixed in the fixing section 50 is cooled by the air flow blown out from an exhausting opening 72a provided above a paper ejecting roller 33. A fin 73 is provided above the exhausting opening 72a. The fin 73 can be switched between a first state for guiding to blow out at a high flow rate toward the more upstream side in the recording sheet transporting direction than the paper ejecting roller 33 and a second state for guiding to blow out the air flow going toward the exhausting opening 72a at a low flow rate from approximately all surfaces of the exhausting opening 72a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
