<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an out-of-service cell from being called, and to reduce a processing load. <P>SOLUTION: In this radio base station apparatus 10 calling a subordinate mobile unit in response to a call setting request provided from a radio control device 4, an out-of-service cell is detected and reported to the radio control device 4, to prevent the radio control device 4 from calling the out-of-service cell to the radio base station device 10. In order to detect the out-of-service cell, any of the following is detected:a common channel to a baseband signal processing function part 11 cannot be set, a transmission amplification part 2 or the like fails, link to a feeder device 3 is disconnected, transmission of carrier is stopped, a perch channel is suspended, and a clock function part or the transmission amplification part 2 is warmed up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
