PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of an image quality caused by the mixing of a plurality of inks or the like while controlling the decrease of a printing speed when printing is carried out by superposing a plurality of layers of inks or the like. SOLUTION: A printing head 250 of a printer 200 includes nozzle arrays 251-257 in which a plurality of nozzles are formed side by side in a sub-scanning direction. The nozzle array 251 which ejects a metallic ink S is arranged at an end of the leading side of a scanning direction in which the ink is ejected in one-way printing. The nozzle arrays 252-257 corresponding to color inks are arrayed at equal intervals. A separation distance between the nozzle array 251 and the adjacent nozzle array 252 is secured to be larger than respective separation distances of the nozzle arrays 252-257.
