PURPOSE: A data transmission system using a flexray network is provided to independently transmit data regardless of a static slot by transmitting large data through the only dynamic slot of each channel. CONSTITUTION: A controller(12) distributes data transmitted to an object terminal. A data transmitter(14) respectively transmits the divided data to the object terminal through the dynamic slot of a dual channel. A data receiver(16) receives a transmission failure response signal of one of the dual channels. The controller receives a response signal. The controller transmits the distributed data through the data transmission unit and transmits the data using the other channel of the dual channels.
