摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting improvement in supply chain efficiency enhancement of a supply chain for preventing a production delay due to lack of materials and a delivery delay due to deficiency in a product inventory even when a sales plan fluctuates greatly beyond a previous assumption and for minimizing waste loss of dedicated materials in change to a succeeding product when a product life is terminated. <P>SOLUTION: A safe inventory quantity and procurement conditions causing no shortage of the product and minimizing the waste loss of the product and the dedicated materials at an EOL (End OF Life) are calculated by estimating extended sales fluctuation greater than the previous assumption, performing demand forecasting in the remaining life cycle of the product, and performing simulation in a supply chain model based on demand information, an inventory of the dedicated materials including an inventory of the product and an inventory at suppliers, a material unit price by the number of ordering lots of dedicated components, a material delivery lead time, and a physical distribution route.
