<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a recording head, in which clogging of a discharge port due to an ultraviolet ray/heat combined setting type adhesive for sticking a recording element substrate and a support member, is suppressed, and lowering of productivity is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: From a side opposite to a corner part 110, along an intersection line 111 of an ink feeding port 102, ultraviolet rays are emitted so as to be condensed on an adhesive 103 which is swelled out between a first recording element substrate 112 or a second recording element substrate 101 and a first support member 104. The intersection line 111 is one between a longitudinal wall face 102a of the ink feeding port 102 and a lateral wall face 102b of the ink feeding port 102. The corner part 110 is an intersection point of the respective bottom sides 102a<SB>1</SB>, 102b<SB>1</SB>of the wall faces 102a, 102b with the intersection line 111. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
