PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that in such a case of placing an electronic circuit board on a conductive member, solder of a primary cell 2 contacts the conductive member causing short-circuit between both electrodes, and the initial performance of the primary cell 2 is reduced. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit board is equipped with a board component 31 having lead terminals 31b of which the protruding length from a printed circuit board is longer than that of lead terminals 2b of the primary cell 2. The board component 31 is arranged on the printed circuit board 1 so that these lead terminals 31b form a polygonal region R, and at least one of the lead terminals 2b of the primary cell 2 is arranged within this polygonal region R. On a solder surface of the printed circuit board 1, the lead terminals 31b of the board component 31 are more protruded than the lead terminals 2b of the primary cell 2, and even if the electronic circuit board is placed on the conductive member, since the tips of the lead terminals 31b contact the conductive member, the lead terminals 2b of the primary cell 2 never contact the conductive member, and short-circuit of the primary cell 2 is prevented.
