<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated microporous film excellent in balance of good gas permeability and high delamination strength. <P>SOLUTION: A process for manufacturing the laminated microporous film includes following steps (1)-(4) in this order, (Provided that, T<SB>mB</SB>is a melting point (°C) of a resin composition B): (1) a step of preparing a film A including a resin composition A, and a film B including the resin composition B with a lower melting point than a melting point of the resin composition A; (2) a cold stretching step of cold stretching the film A and film B by 1.05-2.0 times at least in one direction, in a state where the film A and film B are held in -20 to (T<SB>mB</SB>-30)°C, respectively; (3) a step of forming a laminated body by thermocompression bonding the cold stretched film A and cold stretched film B; and (4) a hot stretching step of hot stretching the laminated product obtained in the step (3) by >1.0-5.0 times in at least one direction, in a state where the laminated body is held in (T<SB>mB</SB>-30) to (T<SB>mB</SB>-2)°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
