PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle capable of performing predetermined speed setting in a static hydraulic continuously variable transmission with predetermined charge pressure in a charge circuit. SOLUTION: The working vehicle includes a servo cylinder 57 capable of changing an attitude of a swash plate 52 in a hydraulic pump P of the static hydraulic continuously variable transmission 12, and a servo valve 56 which can be switched according to operation of a transmission operating tool 53 to the static hydraulic continuously variable transmission 12. A charge oil passage c to a hydraulic circuit of the static hydraulic continuously variable transmission 12 is diverged, and the diverging oil passage f is connected to the serve cylinder 57 via the servo valve 56. The attitude of the swash plate 52 is made to be set to balance between circuit pressure of the charge oil passage c which acts on the swash plate 52 and circuit pressure of the static hydraulic continuously variable transmission 12. A relief valve 55 for setting the circuit pressure of the charge oil passage c is provided for allowing operation of changing/adjusting relief pressure of the relief valve 55.
