<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining member capable of unfailingly discharging the rainwater intruded into the joint part of vertically arranged extrusion-molded cement plates, from the front face of the extrusion-molded cement plate to the outside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This draining member 1 for extrusion-molded cement plate is installed, at a bed joint part when the extrusion-molded cement plates S in which a plurality of hollow parts 100 opened at the upper and lower end faces are arranged parallel to each other are installed vertically. The draining member includes: a band plate-like horizontal part 2, disposed in such a manner as to face the lower end surface 102 of the injection-molded cement plate S; a vertically extending part 3 which rises from the rear side of the horizontal part 2 and is arranged, in such a manner as to face the rear surface 103 of the extrusion-molded cement plate S; groove parts 4 provided along three sides that are the front side 2a, the left side 2b, and the right side 2c of the horizontal part 2; and a drainage 5, which communicates with the groove part along the front side 2a for discharging the rainwater in the groove part to the outside.
