<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage fuel consumption of each individual commercial vehicle and a whole office by obtaining a running distance of every vehicle exactly without an omission during a fueling work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a private fueling system 10, when the vehicle is fueled by a fueling machine 40, a fueling management machine 20 managing operation of the fueling machine 40 does not allow the fueling machine 40 to fuel the vehicle unless data of the running distance necessary for calculating the fuel consumption is inputted as a fueling condition.
