The retrofitting interposed flue tube is connected to a chimney or factory furnace by the furnace connection, where the flue gas is guided in the smoke stack. The water heated by the flue gas is circulated in a pipeline (2) by the hot water tank which is connected for feeding and recirculation of the heat exchanger. The heat energy is carried from the pipeline to the water as transport medium.
