<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording material which has cockling, smoothness, a feeling of gloss, and texture equivalent to an inkjet recording material using a PC support and is improved in image bleeding. <P>SOLUTION: In a support for the inkjet recording material for providing the inkjet recording material having an ink receiving layer on one side, the support has stencil paper, a surface coating layer which contains pigment and a binder as main components and is formed on a surface on which the ink receiving layer of the stencil paper is formed by coating, and a back coating layer which contains pigment and a binder as main components and is formed on a surface on which the ink receiving layer of the stencil paper is not formed by coating. The degree of water absorption of 30 s contact time by the Cobb method of JIS P8140 of a surface on the side on which the ink receiving layer is formed is ≥0.1 g/m<SP>2</SP>and <10 g/m<SP>2</SP>, and the degree of water absorption of a surface on which the ink receiving layer is not formed is 10 g/m<SP>2</SP>or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
